Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 continental states. Our standard shipping methods are USPS and UPS ground. During the checkout process you will be asked to choose one of these methods or Free Shipping. We will make every attempt to ship your order by the chosen method, but on rare occasion may need to substitute an alternative carrier including Federal Express.

We do not ship to Hotels / Motels. We may also require your Bill To & Ship To address to be the same.

Order Processing

Your order is processed as you enter it. Credit Card and PayPal accounts are charged as you complete your order. Shipping normally occurs within three business after date of order. Unusual circumstances may extend the time between order and shipping.

USPS versus UPS ( your choice )
Both USPS and UPS are reliable carriers. However please keep in mind that transportation claims do occur ( lost or damaged product, etc. ). In those rare situations, a claim can be more readily resolved with UPS.

Free Shipping

Look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store.

Returns

Agility Gear recognizes the customer is the company’s most valuable asset. In that regard, we will work diligently to ensure your satisfaction. In the event you would like to return a product, contact us at support@AgilityGear.com. Return policies vary by manufacturer, distributor, type of item, and are subject to change without notice. Customers are bound by return policies and procedures in effect at the time a return is made.

Generally to be eligible for return:

· The product must be unused / new and in the original packaging

· The return authorized within 30 days ( some manufacturers allow less time ) from the date of purchase

Restocking and S&H fees may apply. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. Unless the product is damaged upon arrival or the incorrect product shipped, the customer is responsible for all S&H costs ( both the original shipping cost to the customer and return shipping cost ).
Products not eligible for Return

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of use are not eligible for return / refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Rapid Bath and Rapid Bath Shampoos, Flea Control products, Pet Supplements, Dog Treats, Spotty Training Place, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products.
